Many clients regard her as a trusted advisor and a number of them have also become close friends over the years.
For property , finance law and advocacy , she is able to provide one-stop legal advice on all aspects of property transactions from sale and purchase, complex financing, structuring to lease and tenancy disputes.
For family law, she provides comprehensive advice from pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, child custody to Personal Protection Orders.
For estate planning law, she is able to assist clients on Wills, Grant of Probate, Letters of Administration, Lasting Power of Attorney and Mental Capacity Act Applications in Singapore.
Prior to co-founding Wong Yu & Associates LLC, she was a founding partner of another recognized law firm in Singapore.
